To exude #fun of human interaction and spread #magic when people share and support each other while advancing professional and social networking for HR practitioners!
We do this by keeping things informal and relaxed, by building a community where knowledge and experience is freely shared without the burden of rules or requirements, by creating a safe zone that is free of solicitation and by recognizing that friendships and mutual support are valued above all else.
We don't take ourselves too seriously.
We DO take building of #community and bringing together of #HR practitioners VERY seriously!

Embody Integrity
Continually demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity, building harmony with our mission and values and spreading joy through spontaneity and fun. We are always updating and sharing best practices with all in our profession.
Exercise Humility
Stay humble, honest and be real. Be aware of your self-worth and understand that contributing knowledge and experience to the community is integral to your own personal growth, the advancement of the profession and the betterment of our world. By the way, laughing at yourself is highly recommended!
Demonstrate Compassion
Focus on the strengths of those around you; foster hope and passion through innovation and mutual support. Have self-awareness and understanding of yourself and then share that with all those around you.
Seek Knowledge
Be a lifelong learner, continuously develop your skills and network and contribute to the development of skills and networks for those around you. Sharpen your comedy chops and continuously connect and enjoy life with others to advance the network and mission.
Pursue Advocacy
Advocate for those whose voices often remain unheard. Collaborate with, educate and influence others to support those in the network needing guidance. Encourage those with less experience and with quieter voices to express themselves, to share their uniqueness and value the community.
Champion Mentorship
Utilize the knowledge and experience of the many practitioners who share in what we do to provide leadership and guidance to peers and professional new-comers in a way that advances our mission. Take pride in "paying it forward" to those newer in our profession and guide them on their paths to success, while making sure to remind them of the fun we can have doing what we do!
